Luv we have two types of bacteria: Gram positive and Gram negative as defined by Danish bacteriologist, Chritian Gram. Both release toxins:
Gram positive proteinaceous exotoxins (Corynebacterium causing Dipthera and Mycobacterium causing tuberculosis) and Gram negative endotoxins lipopolysaccharides in nature(Vibrio cholerae causing cholera and Salomella typhosa casing typhoid).
