What is the home remedy for curing bacterial vaginosis?

there’s a book "Bacterial vaginosis freedom" that tells you how to cure your bv in just 3 days.. I’m not able to order the book, but I would really love to know.

I don’t know anything about that book but I have myself used this method and it worked. It is just a simple bath in some apple cider vinegar and nothing. See the link if it helps.
No, it is caused by a bacterial overgrowth and needs to be treated by an antibiotic such as metronidazole. It sounds like the book may be talking about preventative measures in women who get recurrant infection.
