treatment for bacterial vaginosis in europe?

I am from the United States but I am currently working in Spain. I seem to have developed some vaginal problems; i am having a strong fish odor and very constant, clear/yellowish, thin discharge. I don’t have health insurance so I’m not sure how hospitals or clinics work overseas. I’m not sure what the problem is, but I’m guessing it’s bacterial because of the odor. Does anyone know of an over the counter solution to this; or know how expensive hospitals/clinics around here are?

Try unpasturised yogurt. I had something similar when I went to greece, and I cured it in a day with yogurt.
The yogurt helps the healthy bacterial growth in your vagina.
