and
what happened next?
can’t believed it, it really works for me, it can cured permanently. It had been 8 months since I got my first cured. Amazing. Thanks to Her (the founder) and especially my friend that really change my life. Hope this works for you too…
As for soap, try using a feminine product like summers eve, they have the right PH and are specially designed to be used on the vagina. http://www.summerseve.com
Regular bar soaps and body washes dont have the correct PH and can mess up the bacterial balance in your vagina, the same is true for douche’s so never ever use one.
Always wear a fresh pair of cotton underwear and use panty liners to absorb excess moisture.
You might want to talk to your doctor about some antibiotics for BV.
You will have to call you doc to get pills or the metro gel….and as for the soap…I use unscented dove bc my private is sensitive…..I did read that 4tbsp of peroxide and the rest water in a douch helps with BV but I havent tried it…but you doc will defin give you somethin
Here are simple tips to get rid of vaginal odor :
1. Maintain good personal hygiene, use a mild, scent free soap to clean your vaginal area.
2. Wear clean, dry and loose underwear that encourage air circulation.
3. Eat healthy.
4. Exercise frequently.
5. Drink at least 8 liters of water. The more water you drink, the cleaner your system becomes and less smelly the discharges become.
One of the most popular remedies to treat BV is using vaginal achidophilus supplements. The insertion of this medicines can help greatly soothe the pain and help repopulate the healthy bacterial in vagina.
You seem to be suffering from recurring vaginosis of which fishy vaginal odor is a common symptom.
