PLEASE HELP ME!If I have Bacterial Vaginosis could I be more prone to get Chlamydia?

I’m just wanting someone who knows the facts to help me with this question….I’m pretty embarrassed about this whole situation. I’m 4 months pregnant and my dr called me this morning telling me I have chlamydia. I never cheated on my boyfriend and I already have bacterial vaginosis. So I’m just wondering if the 2 were related in any way….PLEASE HELP ME!!

But BV is Not a STD. Chlamydia is. I wouldn’t be too worry about the BV as I would be worried about the Chlamydia.
But It’s still wise to take your medicine for the BV. BV is similar to a Yeast infection. Although I heard sexually active women are more prone to BV & yeast infections, but they r not STD’s.
If U say U never cheated on ur boyfriend & u somehow came up with chlamydia, sounds like he is cheating & u need to let him know
