I am NOT a pill person, want something natural

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis (BV) yesterday at the emergency room. I also found out I am 6 weeks pregnant. The doctor was not very accurate with my questions and I have my ob/gyn appointment 3 weeks away from now. I am very worried for my unborn baby because I have heard you can get your uterus infected with BV and lose the baby. What are the signs you have your uterus infected? How can you get your uterus infected? Please any advice on what to do and what not to do to prevent it from my uterus getting infected. I have moderate pain on my abdominal area and I am very scared to lose my baby. Also does sex or masturbation increase the chances of getting your uterus infected? Ex. Tightening your thighs together for a "good" sensation? ( I know its weird ) Please help me, Ive started the treatment today but I am worried. Please no rude comments and Thank in an advance

What are some good natural BV remedies? I don’t like using antibiotics as I feel it is very bad for your body since it kills good bacteria as well as bad.
I’m open to any forms of remedy, whether it be tea, depositories, douches, supplements, whatever it is I want to hear it

Strong "fishy" odor, excessive brownish-clearish discharge, no pain/itching?
I’m a virgin and I’m 13, so it’s not an STI/D. It might just be an unpleasant warning sign of my period, which is due any day now (mine are irregular) but usually my discharge only changes immediately after my period.
What do you think? I’d really rather not go to a gyno. I’m fine with putting remedies down there, I’m a big girl, I can handle it. I just don’t really feel up to having some stranger feel around my cooch…not until college, anyways. (That was a joke.)
What’s the verdict?

I have been having bad odor sometimes when I have sex or after my period go off. I do take bath and clean it but it seem not to help. I have also been getting vagina discharge. Two years ago, I was told I had HPV but my last pap was okay. Now i’m 9 monthls late from taking my pap and I don’t know if the HPV came back. I am going to set an appointment to take it next week. Do you think I just have bacterial vaginosis?

I get it when my bf ejaculates in me. I got the fishy smell but it went away after 2 days and i never went to the doctor. its about 2 months later (i havent had sex since then bc we are long distance) i got a culture test , ghonnoreah/clamydia came back negative but i came back positive for BV. i got a period sept 9 that was normal. then about 2 weeks later i spotted, no cramps, watery period for 4 days, i asked my gyno about this she said maybe it was an egg shell releasing, i got the perscription for BV today but havent started it yet. when I went pee there is dried dark brown blood. same thing. No flow, no cramps, its not like a normal period. Does BV cause this bleeding? what should I do I’m really freaked out. About 3 months ago i stopped Birth control if that affects anything. But im scared!

I want to clear it for good and antibiotics don’t work….any home remedies that can help would be nice…
