I put it in and it’s been in for about an hour. Hopefully this one will work. Has anyone else tried this?
hey guess what guys, it worked! apple cider vinegar is a known cure. doctors don’t have a cure for BV which apparently none of you know, only home remedies work.

I was recently diagnosed with BV (Bacterial Vaginosis). My doctor prescribed me metro gel to insert vaginally for 5 nights in a row. I started the treatment August 2nd and ended the treatment August 7th. It is now almost 4 days since I’ve finished the treatment and I still have the foul BV odor. Does anyone know long it takes till the BV symptoms go away? I have no discharge besides the normal discharge caused by the metro gel. It is the prominent BV smell that will not go away. I have been tested for STDS and everything has come out negative. I wanted to get some insight on how long it takes for the smell to go away. This is my first case of BV ever, I never heard of it up until I recently got it this summer and I have had one sexual partner in my life for the past five years. I appreciate your comments, thank you!

I got tested for STD’s two months ago, and my doctor said I was clean except I do have HPV (with no genital warts). I had chlamydia about four years ago, but got treated and haven’t had it since. My boyfriend and I started sleeping together a month ago, protected of course. He hasn’t been with anyone in nine months (and I KNOW he isn’t lying). I haven’t been with anyone since I got tested two months ago.
He just told me this morning that the first time we slept together, he developed a rash in the area under his shaft and above his testicles. He said it went away and hadn’t come back until after this weekend, after I had given him oral sex. He told me it was itchy, with small bumps. He asked me if I had herpes, but I was told I was clean and I’ve never had any kind of rash or breakout. (And herpes are bigger, extremely painful bumps, right?) The only problems I’ve ever had have been mentioned, and an occasional yeast infection and one case of bacterial vaginitis. (Which WAS recently…)
So how come the FIRST time we slept together (and there have been plenty of other times), and then when I gave him oral sex, he breaks out in a rash?
Oh by the way, I have diabetes type 2, so I get yeast infections more than normal. Does that affect my pH levels? And could we maybe be allergic to each other?
Someone please help, because I don’t think he believes me! And if it IS because of me, I’ll feel terrible… Thanks!

where do i start??
about 6/7 week ago, i was in hospital with my appendix.had it taken out, but while i was in hospital i had an infection in my blood stream which was on antibiotics through a drip for 6 days, when i came home the doctor gave me another course of antibiotics orally.finished the course and then a week later i got another infection in my wound, so was given another course of antibiotics. then a week or two later i got another one in the same wound, so was given another course. took them all properly.. finished them about 2 week ago. and a week ago i started coming down with a cold and noticed some yellow stringy discharge in my knickers, it doesn’t smell, i dont get any itching.
i told my partner and he looked on the internet and said it could be that im coming on my period, could be pregnant, to do with a fever or chlamydia, i have done a pregancy test and its negative…
so today i have done some research my self….
-could be BV bacterial vaginosis
-chlamydia/ gonorrhea
-emotional stressors
-nutritional status
-pregnancy
-usage of medication
im not worried that it could be an STI, but i should go to the doctors. i have done a home test for chlamydia and gonorrhea yesterday which i should hear about my resuts in 2 weeks hopefully..
would like to hear people opinions on what it could be and i would be very greatful if anyone got back to me
thanks

I am 22 years old and have had the usual UTI, yeast infections, bacteria vaginosis, etc. in the past. Three days ago I noticed while using the bathroom that I had a pinkish discharge, not normal, right? I’ve read a few articles on the internet and I can’t seem to find any answers. What would this be and could I have an STD?

i am two weeks late starting my period, but i started having cramps at the normal time. also, i’ve had other symptoms such as sore breasts and being tired. i just barely started to almost spot today. i am in the middle of being treated for bacterial vaginosis, and several months ago i had trichomonas (don’t know if any of this is relavent). also, this is my first cycle off the pill, so i’m thinking that would be most likely to be affecting it. but the fact that i’ve been cramping for over 2 weeks doesn’t seem right. could it be a sign of a condition, or is it just my body trying to get itself back on track after being on the pill for over a year? why the cramping for so long? (& it’s not severe or anything, just normal cramps) anyone know?
definitely not pregnant — i thought i was but the blood test was negative. i had a faint pos home test, but i looked later & it was close to expiring and may not have been stored ideally.
also married and monogomous for over a year
ack! just started full blown. musta been the pill.

ive had bv (bacterial vaginosis) for about two years and i dont want to tell my mom because i dont want my dad to end up finding out, so please do not respond telling me to go see a doctor or tell my mom. At my house i have normal stuff, including teatree oil in case that might help. I cant just waltz into the store and buy a douche, so thats entirely out of the question. So are there any home remedies that i could do? Please help ASAP it is really annoying and smelly…
and i am 12 years old, and this is NOT a sexually transmitted disease, its just an infection from bacteria unbalanced
