Is this normal or should I be concerned?

My period is due in 2 days. 9 days ago I completed a bacterial vaginosis 5 day treatment. During the treatment I noticed thick discharge, but all that cleared up about a day or two ago. Now i’m having a creamy white discharge. This never happens before my period. Could my body be cleansing itself out or could I have a reoccurent infection? Is it possible this is a sign of pregnancy.

Depends on what type of antibiotics they gave you. Could be another infection, the antibiotics they give you can sometimes cause yeast infections like thrush which can give you a creamy white discharge. Or it could just be a normal thing, increased discharge can be a result of pregnancy but it can be other things too.
Wait and see if your period arrives, if not then take a pregnancy test. If your worried about the discharge then ask your doctor to check it out. If you were pregnant they would probably give you an alternative anitbiotic.
