Sometimes all bacterial infections can take more than one round of medication. Or you may have contracted something like Giardia, which requires a medication called Flagyl. Talk with your Dr. about whether you or your partner had any additional partners during the time you took the meds.
Good luck.
Did you finish the meds? Go back to the dr maybe you have another option of medicine you can take.
Go back to the dr you may need a different antibiotic—–you can eat yogurt or buttermilk also to promote the growth of beneficial flora——antibiotics wreak havoc with necessary—good bacteria that causes the growth of bad bacteria and yeast infections.
Douche with regular white vinegar, it’s great for ear infections also.
it will come back sometimes. The doctor will wright refills, No big deal just get another script, there should be no need to make another appt. Mine came back after a week I took the meds then it went away again. I haven’t had it since. Whatever you do….. DO NOT DOUCHE it is not good bv is an over amount of bacteria in your vagina douching causes more bacteria therefore prolonging the infection, just take the medication as prescribed it will go away.
tell the doctor it came back, you need a different kind of antibiotic i suppose.
Are you keeping yourself clean and dry?
