Absolutely. Talk the doctor, she will prescribe you with antibiotics that will treat it or even cream/gel.
Its not an STD, its just an overgrowth of bacteria/germs so it can happen to women who havent had sex.

i would just go to a regular dr first
any dr is fine
wash it with water but dont use soap it wil get infected u need to go to doctors and get prescribed some vaginal wash (ew) or maybe u cna ask in a chemist ?
