You've been lucky so far, but you're young, and your luck won't last forever, and, yes, if you get poop in there, it WILL cause an infection, so learn to wipe from front to back and you'll be fine, or don't and you'll have a lifetime of vag infections, it's your choice!

Little girls are taught always to wipe front to back to keep e-coli back nearer the rectum. There is less concern about getting e-coli in the vagina, but a great deal of concern in avoiding getting e-coli in the urethra. In girls and women, the urethra, which is just in front on the vagina, is very short, and e-coli which contaminates the outer area can easily lead to bladder infection. Recurrent bladder infections can lead to higher urinary tract infections and ultimately to recurrent kidney infections and potential kidney disease.
In addition, there is yeast in stool, and someone wiping back to front may also innoculate their vagina with yeast and ultimate contract frequent vaginal yeast infections.
Most healthy people could expect not to become ill right away from wiping back to front, but eventually it will happen.
      Hope this helps. Best wishes.
