follow 1024 advise and if your use tampons, stop. Few women realize how bad that can be and never realize tampons and nylon underwear make a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, use nothing scented, washes, pads ect and under no circumstances should you use a douche just wash the area with and antibacterial soap, be kind to your body ladies.
try using 1/2 a norforms every day. It helps and it’s not as messy
Go the the doctor…
they will be able to help you…
Because you have to get RID of the infection causing it. It’s like if you get constant headaches — you can control the pain with meds but if there is a serious problem, it needs to be fixed first.
go to the doctor about it first… other wise you can buy products like femfresh who sell intimate wipes that are flushable and intimate deodarant…. hope this helps xxx
That’s because you’re completely throwing your pH off. You should never douche for any reason, and if you must wash with soap in that area, you must use a pH balanced, fragrance and dye free soap like Sliquid Splash feminine wash – the unscented kind. Never use suppositories or wipes, either. Also do not use any lubricants that contain fragance, dye or sugar (many contain sugar, such as KY Jelly, and that will give you a yeast infection. Try Liquid Silk, which is available at drugstore.com.)
You need to go to the doctor, as it’s hard to say if you have a yeast infection, vaginosis, an STD, or if you are simply not aware that there IS supposed to be an odor in that area (albeit a very light, nonoffensive one.)
You should get antibiotics from the doctor.
Also, stop douching and putting foreign stuff in. It messes up your body chemistry and makes it all worse.
Start taking acidophilous capsules, stop using foreign material in your delicate areas and you will really notice your whole digestive track and urinary track being cleaned out.
But, seriously, if it’s bacteria, you need antibiotics, call the doc, get in tomorrow.
yes sounds like u have a yeast infection. the best thing is to go to the doc get a swab around the area . the results will say if u have something there cos it is not supposed to be worryingly smelly. GOOD LUCK.
you do realize that it is the douching that is giving you the BV right? I am pretty sure your doctor must have explained this to you by now and if not, shame shame shame. Douching is a major cause of BV, as is perfumed pads, soaps, cleansing gels, bubble baths, anal play during sex, thong underwear.. the list goes on and on. Some women just dont have enough lactobacilli (good bacteria) in the vagina to keep the ph at the optimum level. Ph changes lead to BV.
You need to break the cycle that YOU are perpetuating and STOP douching and using any sort of suppositories immediately. Get treated for the BV with antibiotics from your doctor. After you have been adequately treated for the current infection, you can start using Rephresh twice a week as prevention, but it does not treat the infection.
Please have an honest discussion with your doctor about your hygiene practices and do not take the advice of strangers on the internet very seriously. this is your health and your body.
Never take bubble baths, douche and use anything that causes the natural balance of the ph in that area to be off balanced . It will cause more problems. You need to discuss your problem with a doctor and they will guide you in the right direction. Good Luck
This is an old time remedy. Take plain yogurt and put it up there just before bedtime….you can keep it in with a tampons. Remove in the morning. Do this for a week and see if the smell is gone. I’ve use this for yeast infections many times.
Acidophiles can be taken orally. Eat more yogurt. Stay away from sugar.
