Activia is a well known brand but there are others. You can of course eat the yogurt but you can also soak a tampon in the yogurt and insert it directly into the vagina. Always try to keep your bodies own vitamin levels high to avoid infection and inflammation. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. There are some other women's health products available such as Femanol, Destinol and Femmesil. All of which may be worth trying and probably cheaper than prescription drugs.
