How can I keep from getting bacterial vaginosis AGAIN! I had it once about a month ago and now I have it again?

I noticed the symptoms just after sex. I didn’t shower right away. But it wouldn’t have washed away all the semen even if I had. I don’t want to douche every time I have sex. What else can we do? Should my SO be treated for BV also?

Yes I agree with "its now or never". and yes your SO should be treated because you got it a second time so soon.
DO NOT DOUCHE it takes away the good bacteria and that could cause your bv
YOU KNOW I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND I NOTICED IT AFTER SEX TO.STAY AWAY FROM DEODERANT SOAPS WHEN YOU WASH. NOT TIGHT JEANS EITHER.HOPE SOME OF THIS WORKS FOR YOU..
