BV and HPV are 2 different things.
For BV, you need antibiotics from the doctor.
Most people fight of HPV on their own within 2 years.

Have you diagnosed your self or been to the doctor? BV takes an antibiotic that is prescribed by the doctor. If the doctor can see your warts (HPV) they can be treated several ways but, none that you can do at home. Where are the condoms? What about chlamydia, gonorrhea, LGV, syphilis, HEP B, HIV, HSV, Trich? Please go to your local health dept clinic or Planned Parenthood (they see guys too) as your partner will need medicine too.
