does washing your front with a tablespoon of vinegar and water cause bacterial vaginosis?
i only did it once in the middle of my period because my mom i could. so i just tried it. but after my period ive been having mild itching just a little.like on top of my vagina, or labia, or urethra, or sometimes the outside of my vagina. my discharge is like thick clear mucus with a cloudish whitish or really light gray color in in it..weird..so i dont really know…it could be yeast infection but that was my first time and i never even douched inside. wats even worse is that i can have bacterial vaginosis and yeast infection at the same time. im just a virgin but i do mastrubate if that helps? btw does mastrubating cause bacterial vaginosis?

Vinegar could easily disrupt the delicate pH balance in your vagina. That could cause yeast or bacteria to take over. I don’t know why your mom would have told you to do that, it defies common sense.
You’ll need to see a doctor, because while a yeast infection can be treated with over-the-counter remedies, a bacterial infection requires antibiotics.
