However, even the diarrhea may play an important role in ridding the body of the infection. Your infection "Bacterial Vaginosis" is NOT life threatening..is NOT dangerous, in ANY way. It may cause a foul smelling discharge, but thats all. And thats where the antibiotics can clear it all up. IF U have a difficulty in any antibiotic, ask the doctor to prescribe another type. IF the stomach thing persists, try taking Enos fruit salts.. Why the bladder infection thing?

Multiple infections are pretty common. And of course it can be that the antibiotics were the reason for the nausea. I would simply give it a few days to see how it goes and then consult your doctor if it wont improve.
