Why the bladder infection thing?
Your condition is simply treated by anti-biotics..is this what U mean by treatment for the "bladder Infection"
Some anti-biotics do cause diarrhea and whilst this is not so nice..its only temporary.
However, even the diarrhea may play an important role in ridding the body of the infection.
Your infection "Bacterial Vaginosis" is NOT life threatening..is NOT dangerous, in ANY way.
It may cause a foul smelling discharge, but thats all. And thats where the antibiotics can clear it all up. IF U have a difficulty in any antibiotic, ask the doctor to prescribe another type.
IF the stomach thing persists, try taking Enos fruit salts..

It probably was the antibiotics they gave you. Also, visit www.earthclinic.com click on ailments and then bacterial vaginosis. There are some helpful natural remedies listed there and posts from other women sufferers as well. It helps tremendously.

Highly unlikely- it is certainly possible that it was a reaction to the medicines you took.

Stay on light diet for a few days.Steamed vegetables and low fat yogurt would be good for you.

I never heard that BV alone causes nausea...but it could be that you had a bladder infection (or stomach infection) and the vaginosis came in addition because your body was already weak and you had a higher chance to get it? Multiple infections are pretty common.
And of course it can be that the antibiotics were the reason for the nausea. I would simply give it a few days to see how it goes and then consult your doctor if it wont improve.
