There is no evidence that bacterial vaginosis causes cervical cancer but it is a horrible infection to have and gives terrible symptoms so if you have it, make sure you take medication for it to go. The longer you have it, the worst the symptoms and everything will get. But to answer your question, no evidence says so.
I don’t think so. However, I am 100% certain it does cause a horrible vaginal odor.
