I woke up with it today. I know its what it is because I’ve had it before. I have some metronidazole gel for it but im only supposed 2 use it when I lay down and I have to go to work right now. Any suggestions on what I can do for it for the day? It smells bad. Like.. Bacterial vaginosis but again I can’t use my metronidazole gel until I lay down

OK i was put on oral antibiotic- cleocin oral- to treat BV (bacterial vaginitis).. the symptoms i had went away that same day it seemed like then on the 3rd day i started to itch, no weird discharge, odor or anything else, just vulvar itching in that one spot. Could I now have a yeast infection?? I know when taking antibiotics that yeast can happen after, but the only symptom i seem to have is the itching? What do u think I should do besides call my dr???
