I’m super nervous. Like, it’s not even describable how nervous I am. But I’m almost convinced I have bacterial vaginosis and I’ve known for a long time. But I didn’t learn until just today that if it doesn’t get treated, it can turn into something serious. So I made my plan that I’m going to the Options for Sexual Health drop-in clinic next week. What are they going to do?

I’m worried I might have a yeast infection, or bacterial vaginosis. There are tablets I found to cure it, but I am not sure how to use it. They are called CENASERT tablets. How do I use these tablets? Do I insert them, and leave it there?

I don’t have insurance, so I was wondering if there is anything available to treat bacterial vaginitis over the counter? Or maybe someone knows a home remedy.

My husband and I started TTC in August, and when I started bleeding, I assumed it was my period. However, I spotted for about 2 weeks, and for about 2 days of that, I was bleeding severely. I started thinking maybe I had a miscarriage and made an appointment with my gyno. When I went in, he did a pelvic exam and said I had a bacterial infection and gave me some antibiotics. He said the spotting and the heavy bleeding was probably due to the infection.
What could have caused the bacterial infection? And could that have been the reason I didn’t concieve, even though we had sex when I was ovulating?

Can someone please tell me how long it takes to cure a bacterial vaginosis with apple cider vinegar. I also wanted to know how does this happen. I clean down there with different types of soaps could that be a reason why it get irritated.

I was just curious about if a yeast infection or bacteria vaginosis get left untreated does it ever clear up on it’s own. If they do not go away then can it do harm to your body? I would like to know for both afflictions.
Thanks!

I just had my first child 2 months ago and started 2 get this heavy, greenish like discharge. My doctor just recently told me that I have a bacterial infection. She prescribed me an antibiotic called Flaggel that I have been taking for about 2 days now, (3 times a day for 10 days)but it doesnt really seem to be working? Does anyone have any idea how long it would take for this to go away and what caused this?

I was prescribed four antibiotic pills to be taken all at once. How soon should they work at clearing up the bacterial vaginosis?

I may sound unpleasant but ever since I had my son (6 yrs ago) I often get bacteria vaginosis. It is diturbing because it seems like right when i get rid of it, it comes back within a couple weeks. I do everything right. I have only one partner, and follow all the dr’s suggestions. Does anyone else have this problem-and if so, what can be done that I dont know about?
We both only have eachother as partners-its not an STD, its more like a yeast infection-a women gets it on her own.
I always finish my medication and they have given me two different typed even-but it still comes back.
