I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis yesterday. My boyfriend is the only guy I’ve ever had sex with. I was just wondering if it’s possible for him to get it because we don’t use condoms (save me the lecture, I’ve heard it all before). I know it isn’t an STD, but I was still wondering.

there’s a book "Bacterial vaginosis freedom" that tells you how to cure your bv in just 3 days.. I’m not able to order the book, but I would really love to know.

My girlfriend was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis, and it itches after we have sex, and burning when I pee, now I have a rash. Could this be from her problem or might it be from something else. The started out as little bumps like pimples and now its a rash that HURTS. What do I do?

Like what is it in general, how can you tell the difference between it and a yeast infection, and what are the symptoms? Thank you!

My vagina has been itchy off and on for a few days. It started about a week ago but it slowly got better and yesterday it completely stopped. Today, however, the itchiness returned and there is now a yellowish discharge. Does anyone know what this could be and how it could be treated? Please respond!!!

I been having it for years! And it leaves a horrible bad smell. My doctor did gave me pills before to get rid of the bacterial infection but does not seem to go away. I’m frustrated that I been living with it for years inside of me. I want to get rid of it. Does anyone know of a good strong stuff that can get rid of it fast?

Yeah. Question explains it.
I heard that one way to tell the difference is that in BV, your discharge will smell badly, while in Yeast it will have virtually no odors. Is that true?
What are other differences?

She’s a 5 year old yorkie, like 10 pounds, and my tampon was in the trash and she ate it. Then she started becoming very sick and we took her to the vet and they said she had a bacterial infection and had to give her needles and pills. And I feel so bad. After like 3 weeks, she’s still not 100% back to normal despite being better. Did I cause this?
