I am a really worried. I am a very clean person but i have bacteria vaginosis. I went to the hospital to be told that so was prescribed a cream by my doctor called ”Dalacin” that i have to squeeze into a tube then inject the cream into my vagina. I am 37 weeks and i am really worried that this infection i have got can cause any harm to my unborn baby or during labour.

Today is my fourth day of taking Clindamycin to treat Bacterial Vaginosis. I’m taking it 3 times a day for 7 days. It seems as though my symptoms have gotten a little worse. The burning and redness have increased. I was wondering if this was a side effect from the medication, and if this will go away? Or how long does it take for it to start working?

I had bacterial vaginosis on my third trimester of pregnancy though I haven’t had sexual contact with my husband for several months since he’s working abroad and didn’t even masturbate since I lost my sex drive. My husband will arrive tomorrow and i don’t know if he should wear a condom since I have this disease. Please help me.

ok so im 14yrs old, 125lb and still haven’t started my period, that is not my problem though. i think i may have bacterial vaginitis, i have very very small bumps on my lybia and an almost fishy smelling discharge, so i would like to go to the gyno to check if i do and/or find out if they are related. i have not had sex. so my last question would be if there is is a way to go the gyno without my parents knowing because knowing them they will MOST DEFINATLY (so dont tell me i need to talk to them about it) not let me go there. so the 3 main questions are
1. Do i have bacterial vaginitis?
2. Can that be related to why i have not started my period?
3. Can i go get it checked out by a gyno without my parents knowing?

I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis yesterday. My boyfriend is the only guy I’ve ever had sex with. I was just wondering if it’s possible for him to get it because we don’t use condoms (save me the lecture, I’ve heard it all before). I know it isn’t an STD, but I was still wondering.

there’s a book "Bacterial vaginosis freedom" that tells you how to cure your bv in just 3 days.. I’m not able to order the book, but I would really love to know.
