Can men contract bacterial vaginosis in any way?

My doctor has told me that I have bacterial vaginosis, I understand that its curable and not that serious, however I’m not sure whether or not to have intercourse while I’m on antibiotics. I wouldn’t want my boyfriend to be in any type of danger.

Gardnerella vaginalis can cause bacterial vaginosis in some women.
While typically isolated in genital cultures, it may also be detected from other sources, such as blood, urine and pharynx. It is not considered as an STD. Condom gives some protection.
No.
But, you might find intercourse somewhat painful for a few days, so you might just abstain anyway.
its not serious but definitely dont take antibiotics. use natural treatment instead. Check my source below. Its the one that solved my problem.
