I really dont think so. I had it when i was pregnant in my second trimester and I gave birth to a perfectly healthy little boy. Remember, bacterial vaginosis is an infection. Aside from causing miscarriages, it can also cause pelvic inflammatory disease.
Do your best to eat well and get plenty of rest. Cut out all caffeine. Go for a little walk. Do whatever it takes to foster a healthy body.
