Bacterial Vaginosis reoccuring?
I have had several cases of Bacterial Vaginosis. The most recent case I just did a 7-day cream treatments and it was entirely gone and I waited 3 days until it was fully out of my system. During sex I still used a condom and wouldnt allow my boyfriend without condom. But, now 2 days after having sex I am experiencing burning sensation, and when I pee it hurts and I am peeing very frequently. But, the discharge isnt there this time, but there is weird smell.
It seems like every month right before I get my period this happens.
Both me and my boyfriend already took medication. We both to the metrodizonal and I have taken both that and the cream. This weekend was the first time since we both took treatment we had sex and now something is back again.

Although BV will sometimes clear up without treatment, all women with symptoms of BV should be treated to avoid complications. Male partners generally do not need to be treated. However, BV may spread between female sex partners.
BV is treatable with antibiotics prescribed by a health care provider. Two different antibiotics are recommended as treatment for BV: metronidazole or clindamycin. Either can be used with non-pregnant or pregnant women, but the recommended dosages differ. Women with BV who are HIV-positive should receive the same treatment as those who are HIV-negative.
BV can recur after treatment.
It sounds like a yeast infection and not necessarily vaginosis (again). Even if your bf wears a condom, you two can spread it to each other. You need to get treated and HE needs to get treated. It happened to me, too. A round of meds for both and we were good to go.
