Bacterial Vaginosis Question, Please Help !?
So I’m 90% sure I have bacterial vaginosis, I’ve been searching it up online and my symptoms match. I have the fishy odor, and the yellow discharge, and had the itchy/irritated vagina before that. I’ve had this for about a month now, and I cannot get rid of it. I know the simplest solution would be going to a doctor and getting a prescription, but then my mom would have to know about all this. I don’t want my mom to know, because I am young, and I am having sex ( using condoms and birth control ). I’ve also tried some home remedies, like applying yougurt to the vagina area, which got rid of the smell for the most part, but not the discharge.
What I’m trying to say, is I need the easiest way possible to get rid
of this, last choice being going to a doctor.

You have to see a doctor. You can’t treat BV at home. It can lead to VERY serious problems if left untreated. Please have your mom take you to the doctor. You have an infection. BV is not an STD, almost all females get it from time to time, I’m sure your moms had it before.
Best choice being a doctor.
I had that too…and the only way I got rid of it was what the doctor gave me.
And even though your symptoms match…you still need to be checked out to make sure it is BV!
Honestly, the ONLY way to cure it is to go to the doctor.
They will give you an antibiotic that you have to take four of at once.
It’s not always a sexually transmitted disease, so you can still ask your mum to take you to the doctor because you have a ’smelly discharge’.
Really, it’s the only way to fix it.
Good luck
You can get this without having sex, so your mom should no be suspicious, or if she is she cannot prove anything if you deny it!
It would be best to get antibiotics from the doc as soon as possible.
When you do have sex, make sure that there is no transfer of anything from anus to vagina and that the condom is new and sterile.
I assume the doctor knows you have birth control?
you can get this without having sex. dont worry go to the doctor.
