Another option is to use a vaginal antiseptic such as Betadine pessaries. They are inserted twice a day for 2 weeks and tend to wipe out all organisms, both bacterial and fungal, effectively sterilising the vagina. This does leave an empty space and one option is at this point to insert tampons dipped in LIVE natural yogurt. This contains lactobacilli which help establish the normal flora.
it will probably go away on it’s own
drinks lots of water and cranberry juice

I’ve never has it myself but I know people who have and like you nothing seemed to work until they drank a ridiculous amount of cranberry juice
I assume you keep clean as well, just make sure you wash up in the morning and at night (don’t use soap in that area though, just warm water).
Hope it goes away soon!
are you sure it’s bacterial? It will usually have a foul smell and you said yours doesn’t. Maybe it’s fungal (yeast)?? I’d find out for sure what is going on before you try any remedies or more medications.
plus some discharge is normal.
don’t wipe back to front.
smegma may be? Look that up
yeah demand another pap smear to find out what the real cause is- what strain of bacteria, or whether it is fungal..
really good yoghurt with lots of probiotics in it works- or so i hear.. the science is that it has heaps of good bacteria in it, so if you.. erm.. dip a tampon in it and.. use said tampon, than the good bacteria fights the bad bacteria/ fungus. maybe think about taking a good probiotic from the chemist
but please demand a pap smear (uncomfortable but necessary) and a blood test to figure out what is going on!
