It is the worst itch I have ever felt in my life. I use Vagisil to help the itch. I never had a sore. That is definitely something else. But, with BV I have brown discharge and it doesn't smell. I have herpes and what you have sounds like my first outbreak. When I had my first and only outbreak it hurt so bad I couldn't even walk. You really need to call the gyno and tell them you might have an emergency. Don't let this go on anymore. When I have BV it have an extreme itch that never goes away.
