Bacterial Vaginitis?
I’ve been having internal vaginal itching/slight burning for over 2 months and the first few times I went to the doctor she gave me stuff to treat yeast but it never completely went away. I just went back and she said she saw some (not much) bacteria and white blood cells and absolutely no yeast and gave me meds for a bacterial infection. I’m std free and am not sure what else it could be, but most of the things I’m reading says that itching/burning are not usually associated with bacterial infections. I guess my question is….has anyone experience internal itching/slight burning with bacterial vaginitis?

Yes. I also thought that I had a yeast infection and did not. I was treated for bacterial vaginitis and it went completely away. The meds worked quick too, as I would rather have had a broke leg then vaginitis.
This is gonna sound really weird but, eat lots of any flavor yogurt, , and get some plain flavored yogurt to use ‘down there’ as preventative maintenance.
well did you take ALL of the meds givin to you?
And there is a big diff. between a yeast infection and bacterial vaiginits
