bacterial vaginitis can occur naturally from an imbalance of bacteria in the vagina. Your symptoms could also be a yeast infection though. It’s so hard to know and therefore difficult to self diagnose. Talk to your mom. I’d bet every dime in the bank she’s had bacterial vaginosis AND yeast infection many times in her life. She can help you find the appropriate over the counter medication to treat it. Don’t be embrrassed, it happens to every female!
You must talk to your mother and go to a doctor. Because most probably you need therapy.
Bacterial vaginitis can be transmitted in other ways, beside the sexual intercourse. For example, if you masturbated with some objects or dirty hands, if you used towels used by someone else, or from shared toilet seat….
Don’t be ashamed go to your doctor.
Bacterial vaginosis or vaginitis is an inflammation which occurs in the vagina and includes several strains of germ that cause bacterial vaginosis yeast infections and trichomoniasis. Many women mistakenly believe that yeast infections are the most common type of vaginal infection but bacterial vaginosis is the most frequently occurring vaginal infection affecting from 10 percent to 64 percent of the female population at any given time.

It is not an STD at all. Have your mom take you to the doctor and they can treat you easily
