bacterial vaginitis?
I had bacterial vaginitis last year of july when my partner went here in my country and we had sex. Now that I am under treatment again and hopefully I get cured this month. Do u think that my partner is infected before when we had sex. Im so afraid cos 2 weeks from now we will be seing each other, and im sure we will really be having sex. Is there any possibilities that he might pass it to me again?

You really should use condoms. Bacterial vaginitis is definately not the worst that can happen to you if you keep having unprotected sex. At least this is treatable. There are many other STDs that you could carry for as long as you live. So it is better to prevent those from happening than having to ask what to do after you catch those.
Bacterial vaginitis (generally called vaginosis) can happen to anyone. It’s not necessarily an STD, but it can be passed between partners. As well, a man can develop a similar infection, in his urethra, at any time, and that’s also not necessarily an STD.
But this is what condoms are for.
Have a look at the questions and answers listed on the page below.
You can simply get bacterial vaginosis from a new partner or from not having sex for a long time and then really "going at it". I think it seems to happen more often when you’re not having sex on a regular basis. You can get bacterial vaginosis even from not having sex.
JUST WEAR A CONDOM AND YOU WILL BE FINE FROM CATCHING BV AGAIN AND OTHER STD THAT HAS NO CURES!!HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN CHECKED OUT JUST TO MAKE SURE HE DOESN’T HAVE IT.SAFE SEX AT ALL TIMES.
He could be passing it on to you. Or you may need to make sure that you are cleaning your genital area with different mild cleanser, more often. You could just ask him if he has another girlfriend where he comes from. Sounds like you are having a long distance relationship? Be honest with each other….also use protection!
