The symptoms of bacterial vaginosis are vaginal discharge and odor. Usually, there are no other symptoms. The amount of vaginal discharge that is considered normal varies from woman to woman. Therefore, any degree of vaginal discharge that is abnormal for a particular woman should be evaluated.
Many women with bacterial vaginosis actually have no symptoms at all. Others experience an unpleasant fishy odor with vaginal discharge. The discharge is usually thin and grayish white. The discharge is often more noticeable after sexual intercourse.
it can be cured…
Discharge…
exstream cramps
you get it from douching to much and switching sex partners…
I don’t think there are any OTC drugs that can help and not sure about visible signs but it does have a fishy smell to it and that’s usually how girls know that they have it. It can be easily treated with an antibiotic.
Update:
I found these symptoms online:
In clinical practice BV is diagnosed using the Amsel criteria:[3]
Thin, white, yellow, homogeneous discharge
Clue cells on microscopy
pH of vaginal fluid >4.5
Release of a fishy odor on adding alkali—10% potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution.
Another update for home treatment of BV:

BV consists of a gray or white discharge and a malodorous smell (often described as fishy smelling). Sometimes there may be some itching as well. Usually it is treated with metronidazole (which requires a prescription).
Signs of bacterial vaginosis:
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
Itching or burning
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva
You need antibiotics from a doctor for it.
Yep. Vaginal itching, vaginal discharge, and fishy vaginal odor, along with many other symptoms.
I read an article that gave other symptoms and what you can do to permanently cure it.
I’ll leave a link to the article below.
hope this helps…
