After you take medicine for a bacterial infection how long does it take for the infection to go away?

I got a bacterial infection and my doctor called me to tell me. Then last night she sent the medicine to a CVS and I went and picked it up. How long does it take for the medicine to work?

about 10 days to be fully rid of it
like 7 to 10 days. just dont miss taking ur meds coz u would need to start over again.
