Evolutionary change, what changed over time, natural selection
How does new generations of offspring play a role in the evolution of resistant bacterial populations?
Whats the role that variation in individual characteristics plays in the evolution of resistant populations?

She said that it could be from too much semen in your vagina. My and my fiance have sex at least every other day! So, i have to take this medicine for a couple weeks. Can we still have sex while im taking the meds? And also, how many times a week could i have sex to prevent getting BV again? Thanks!

I am on the pill, but my boyfriend and I have started using condoms again because we figure it’s cleaner and safer that way. I’m wonder though, if lubricated condoms are known to cause yeast infections or be irritating? If so, which type or brand are less likely to do that?
I’d really like to do whatever I can to avoid things like yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis.

My wife prefer herbal remedy because she wery into spiritual/religion etc.
I know herbs have much special property, do you know if she use sage leaf will it cure BV?
If she rub it on infected area two ,maybe 3 time a day for maybe week? She have female problems before and always use herbs/natural cures e.g. bayleaves, cumin seed etc.
Thanking you

I’ve seen the commercials for this product and have read many great reviews online about how it eliminates odor, pain and itching caused by Bacterial Vaginosis. I usually have these symptoms right after my periods and wanted to give the RepHresh a try. Just wanted to see if anyone on here has any opinions or experiences ABOUT THE PRODUCT (yes, I know I need to contact a doctor – that’s not my question). Thanks!

The past month I’ve had this ANNOYING bad fish like smell from my vaginal discharge. I am clean, I don’t have any STD’S recently been tested. It was making me think I had a yeast infection. I went to my doctor she said it was Bacterial Vaginitis so I take this medicine called Vandazole for 5 days and it goes away then I get another infection because it burns when I pee a little and I just want it to go away I almost feel like crying because I have done everything I can to make it stop. I just want to be clean and comfortable!! I wear cotton underwear, I drink lots of water, eat right, lean stuff and fruits and I’ve been showering more like 2 to 3 times a day and I can’t take it anymore! I have a boyfriend and he notices it too and it is annoying as heck, everytime I think I got rid of it, it turns it’s ugly face at me again! What can I do?! It makes me want to pull my hair out! Is my boyfriend giving it to me? We are a committed couple, we both lost our virginity to one another and are adults. But it is driving me up a wall now I just want it gone for good! I feel so uncomfortable and unclean.

Well I currently have bacterial vaginosis (I am still a virgin meaning I NEVER had sex at all). The thing is I’m responding the the antibiotics, but then it comes back again. My gyno has referred me to an infectious disease specialist. Usually, I am very healthy (no cancer, diabetes, etc.). I do get stressed out very easily because I have anxiety issues but I don’t think that that would be causing this burden to come up again. I’ve heard that it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and I am so scared because I don’t want that to happen. I have never responded to metronidazole (flagyl) well, so I was pissed when my gyno recommended that I take it anyway. Took it, still had bv so then gave me cleocin. Cleocin worked great but shortly afterwards I started having symptoms again. I know it’s bv because before I got the medicine for Cleocin, the nurse called me the very next day saying that it indeed is bacterial vaginosis. The only symptoms I have right now are some burning during urination (NO, it’s NOT a UTI), and a little itching and some burning. My appt to see the infectious disease specialist isn’t until the 24th. I want to call my gyno to see if they can give me one more round of cleocin, but not sure. What do I do?
God this scares me…
Btw, I’m 21.
Thank you mightymo, you’re a lifesaver. I know I could be overreacting due to my tendency to freak out easily, but it’s still important. So thank you! =)
Thank you ICToA. Maybe I’ll think twice about it then.
